CARF’s iconic Rebel lineup just got a massive upgrade! Launched in early August 2026, the CARF Models Rebel MEGA was developed in response to the huge demand from pilots craving an even bigger sport jet. It delivers the pure CARF Rebel performance and slides easily into standard minivans or trailers. You get all the commanding power and authority of a true mega sport jet, paired with the easy transport and proven heritage CARF is famous for.
The Rebel MEGA is the new flagship sport jet in impressive size, exceeding the 25kg limit at around +-40kg takeoff weight. Transportation is still not a big issue due to the 3-part fuselage and the easily removable wings, stabs, and fin. No matter how small or big it is, a Rebel is an all-composite, well-engineered airplane with extreme structural strength, a perfectly painted surface, and durable, well-functioning accessories.
ARF+ Kit Features:
The Rebels all feature this typical Italian design, a little like the charismatic Italian supercars we all know very well. Italian Design and German Engineering have never been a bad combination, so all the Rebels will be hard to beat! With the Rebel Hot, Classic, Pro, and Max, and now the MEGA, we’ve gone even bigger. Available only with installed retract gear, thrust tube, fuel, and smoke bag, we deliver the Rebel MEGA at what we call ARF+ level.
All five sizes of the Rebels are available with the CARF-typical, high level of quality and prefabrication, so no different will be the biggest of them all, the Rebel MEGA:
Gear Mounts installed, aligned, and ready to drop in the high-quality Electron NG retracts.
Control horns glued in, all Servo mounts ready to drop in 10 powerful standard-size servos.
Cut-to-length linkages with quality hardware are included
Canopy mounts are designed very safely and are installed, ready to go
Fuselage is separated into 3 parts: the rear fuse joins behind the wing saddle, and the nose is removable
Wing and stab joiners are high-quality carbon tubes, extremely long to keep the load on the internal wing and stab structure very minimal
Painted in the molds, no matter whether a single color or more complex stock schemes are preferred. Full custom schemes are possible
Electron landing gear, spiral reinforced thrust tube, fuel bag, and smoke bag are factory-installed within the ARF+ Kit.
Turbine Choice & Placement:
The best engine choices provide 320 to 350N of thrust. Mounted like the Rebel Max, the turbine sits at the rear of the main fuselage.
